Mo`s CL project.....

Wow mo
When you put your mind to it nothing gets in your way
Still trying to find time to nip over for a nosy

NMC Alert...
Did I miss your final decision on renting some of your land to pony people?
I seem to recall the overwhelming Funsters' advice was don't - but I got the feeling you were minded to go ahead.
Did you?

Looking great Mo I bet Judy will be glad when the inside is finished..........how are you fixed to do a conservatory :whistle2:
You put us to shame we have been here 11 months this week and although we have done most of the inside of the bungalow we still have jobs outside Max has been taking up a 100ft hedge and putting in a post and rail fence along the front boundary it was almost dark when he came in yesterday and NO I wouldn’t have gone out holding a torch:giggler:

That was weeks ago...

Not seen hide nor hair of her since, and I am certainly not chasing her...

She was attractive but not that attractive... :shake:  :shake:

I did tell her a few jokes.... :Eeek:

Perhaps that put her orft... :giggler:

Too busy to do anything about the field at the moment...

Did you want to rent a 3 acre field..????:rofl:

I wonder if she's decided not to put the horses there due to all the racket you're making ... with your machinery of course, not telling your jokes ...

Well that is a day I want to put behind me....

The truck came from Buxton.... with our crushed aggregate at 7-30am this morning and not yesterday as promised... :swear2:

Hissing down with rain..... load like a load of soggy bread.... lorry just slipped with wheel spin on the damp membrane Judy and I had painstakenly laid all neat and lovely. And pinned down with hundreds of 6inch nails and big washers...

Membrane all churned up and spat all over the place.... then he could not tip cos of the over head power cables...

Ended digging him out and pulling out with me digger...

Tried to put membrane down as best we could... managed to spread the aggregate....

But tracked diggers are not forgiving in what they chew up...

But got there in the end..... only thing is we need another 4 - 6 ton to finish...

Having a day orft tomorrow, accept I am going to polute the atmosphere with a massive bonfire.... and maybe take Judy out for a meal... she has worked her little socks off today... :hugs:

I feel for @ianthebuilder him working in all this $hit & mud... :crying:

No photo.... but 30 square mtr of land cleared and membraine and crushed aggregate down for my M-home and any large vehicles.. in where the digger is parked...
Mo
Does the 'large vehicles' include Rv's? Would love to come & see you.

Regards

Arthur.

Yes mate....

Couple of RV`s would fit on what we have done today...

Once done, cannot see why a 40 footer could not get onto the back field (CL)...

We have had a 38 footer park up the side of the bungalow on the entrance to what will be the cl...

Aiming to have it all done by April/May next year.. (y)

Bro you are an old human Dynamo , great respect for you and Judy , cracking job you're doing (y)

Nissan type Shed/Garage/Pig sty & Old rotten galvanised cattle shed all but gone...

Just got to get a skip for all the Old Galvanised sheets.... But .... at least the dreaded "Asbestos Related" stuff has all been cleared... (At a Cost.. :Eeek::crying:) to my thin wallet...

But all done legally so no repercussion`s... and have a receipt from a reputable removal company..

Just got to get a skip and dump all the galvanised stuff... Old Railway Sleepers and miles of the dreaded "Barbed Wire".. (y)

So clear the ground and burn a load of wood and prepare the ground for next week when the builders start on my new Double Garage/Workshop and Tractor/Implement shed... :dance2:

Been a good day till she decided she did not like the colour I had painted the wall`s in the conservatory... :swear:

So had to spend the day repainting them... :madder:

That reminds me........... I must go and pack her bags and chuck them out the front door... Fast followed by Judy... :giggler:

Rather than hire a skip why not ring around and see if anyone wants the scrap metal, sleepers etc, you might even get paid for them!

Oh, what colour DID you paint the conservatory walls ... lime green????

How did you guess that..????????????? :Eeek: :clap2:

"Willow Tree" actually.. (Dulux)...... but very similar to Lime green... :sicker:

She said it brings the garden into the conservatory.. f.f.s...

Grassy Green would have done that better...

Old railway sleepers £10 plus each. Never get rid of them for less!

... why a DAMP membrane for weed control  ... you'll end up with loads of puddles if you've used one of that!!!! Or maybe that's the ulterior motive you have :sneaky: ... so you and Judy can have a splash around in your wellies!!!

You're doing a grand job there

Did `nt say nuffink about a Damp membrane !!! did I.. l
