Big thanks to travlinman for collecting these beauties from kendal for me on his way home.

Picked these up from a seller on faceache marketplace ... i didn't realise when buying them that they were actually brand new but these are a set of brand new mercedes mirrors for the later varios ....electric ones with the full top and bottom brackets. He apparently bought them new a few years back and never used them so theyve been sat in his garage since. The current price for these is over £300 each so i got a bargain at £70 for the pair.

I needed a new mirror for drivers side as mine is held together with expanding foam ...so getting these was a bonus

Wow. Mirror porn!

Might change again ..who knows but this is my latest thoughts on interior layout.

Purely so the shoilet avoids being over the rear wheel arch and ive an exsisting hole in the roof above the new woodburner location ... ..it also gives opportunity for a sliding door behind cab seats for getting in the back. It would however mean a single passenger seat if i did that unless i got a double that folded. With the sofas being so far back id prefer a double passenger so milo can travel upfront. ...still subject to change

I'm assuming WB is wood burner but what's CB?

I've just done a very quick Powerpoint drawing of it for you - if you can give me more precise measurements I'll do it to scale.

Not sure I understand why you can only have a single passenger seat with this layout?

If i want to put a sliding door access from cab to rear id need either a single passenger seat or a double that the back folds down on. Wouldn't be much room between otherwise.

I've just had a play and if you move one of the sofas so create an 'L' lounge you gain a cupboard at the end (could be extended to the wood burner side to give a table or more storage space, it will have a much more comfortable day time sprawling space.

Wouldn’t the sofa get too hot anyway if adjacent to a wood burner?

I wondered that too but assumed Tam was going to have 'walls' on both sides, however by having an L sofa arrangement the WB can be turned 90 degree and thus not need the wall near the sofa.

Agree - I would swap the fridge and woodburner round.
He doesn't want to move the wood burner location due to the flue for which there is already a hole at roof level for it which he wants to utilise.

Best keep a fire extinguisher handy then....(y)
