Mango toll tag black friday offer

Riverbankannie
just had my confirmation email through and in the attachment there is the below details, so it looks to me like you can add up to 5 vehicles to the account

If registered to say a saloon car and a motorhome, does the toll booth automatically 'adjust' the toll charged to suit the class of vehicle?
And to be clear there is only one charge per month in each zone regardless of how many days you use the tag. So if going from France to Spain the the charge is 1.70 + 2.40 and this is the only management charge even if you return three weeks later? Further that for the first 12 months use in France is totally free and is it right that there are then no ongoing costs or charges if the tag isn't used? Does it expire without use?
Sounds good.......too good? or am I just an old cynic?

Google whether your bank will complete such payments. Each bank is different. I believe NW will make payments normally from current accounts via SEPA.
That's what NW state on their site.
This Application Form is a dogs breakfast ie 'Grand Bretagne' in one part, 'United Kingdom' in another.

Will my nose get in the way of the signal do you think? 🤣

I am of course talking about my big overhanging bullnose on the front of the MoHo! 😎 although my conk is a fair old size too!!! 🤦‍♂️
It might do, it should come with instructions on positioning.
It's usually low down near the dash if you have an overhang.
No idea how your conk will affect it

We had a nightmare on our first French toll, pulled up and stuck the Revolut card in and it wouldn’t work tried a few times,
I came across a couple of toll machines in Italy this year that worked ok, but fired the Revolut card out at great velocity, certainly too fast for OH to catch it. Of course the card ended up on the road beneath the van, in the centre
Couldn't reverse due to impatient Italians behind me so the only option was to rummage around for something to hook it within reaching distance.
I could feel their eyes boring into my back
Hopefully this mango will avoid such occurrences happening again.
Edit : eventually she perfected a technique to catch the card

Having trouble with the system accepting our IBAN No.
Says our Bank (NW doesn't accept SEPA Payments.

It wouldn't accept the alt. of sort code and account No as well.

Any ideas?
Same with me and i bank with Virgin, tried the caxton card and that went through ok.

Just ordered via Mango using Starling Card. It was a bugger putting in address details. Came off the site and started again. Guess what? Went through first time.

It would be much easier if you could just register a bank card like the ATMB tag it's a pain this bank malarkey 🤬

Hi All, Just a heads up on using Mango as we did this autumn in Spain and Portugal.
Don't expect instant feedback on the app even though there is a 'your recent journeys appear here' space. Customer service seemed completely unaware of this.
In Spain used 3 times, bleeb and gate opened each time. Invoice came through at the end of the month. Class 2
Later moved on to Portugal and used many times. Bleeped under the overhead gantries. On the Via t fast track lanes, no bleep.
At the end of the month no invoice. I contacted Mango . They reassured me that everything was ok and explained that Portugal takes a bit longer. Sure enough a week or so later the invoice arrived.
All good as far as we are concerned.

Good to know your experience. Are you class 2, as in under 3m tall and two axles?

We were charged as class 2. However we are under 3m but our sat dish takes us a few centimetres over. Just the two axles.

Mango is changing its name. From January it will be called. Fulli .

Hiya this is a great tip thanks.
Signed up and waiting for dongle in the post.
I want to create an account and password so I can install app on my phone but dont seem to find where to do it?
TIA
Paul

Thanks have downloaded the app but how do you register to create the account to login too ?
In a few days you’ll get another email and in that it just said when asked to register in the app to click on forgotten password and it then worked. The email had an account number in it but you didn’t need that. I assumed I had to wait until the actual device arrived as that’s what happened with ATMB. Have a go.

Obviously if it doesn’t work just wait for the email in case it’s just not been set up in France yet!

Brilliant

Thanks Carolyn (y)

martin2603 - my previous comment yesterday regarding height was observing that their ‘post’ sign up information says it works for MoHo up to 3m tall, so class 2. I’m class 3, but only two axles, so look like class 2 other than the height. None of this was obvious before signing up! 🤷‍♂️
Same happened to me so ended up leaving at home. It seems such a good and efficient company, just meant only one stretch of toll road on my four week trip around France. Pity really as I was looking forward to trying it out. My Adria with sat dome is 3.4 m.

That's great, thank you, went through first time using my phone and the Iban number from my Starling account 👍👍

Any idea what happens if you roll into the lane with one of these tags and an overheight (for class 2) vehicle??? 🤷‍♂️

Wouldn't it just charge you for a class 3 ?
At what height a class 2 limited to ? 3 mtr ?

No idea, which is why I asked?

The TAG documentation seems to be clear that its class 2 only, so up to 3M...

I know there was a thread a while back but there’s an offer on at the moment with no set up or delivery charges PLUS France is free for a year. My battery is out on my ATMB tag and I’ve had an email from Sanef warning me about mine so I’ve signed up and will be sending the Sanef one for Spain and Portugal back.

The Mango one covers Italy and we will be travelling through there next year and it did seem as though every flippin road had a different type.
Can you use Mango on a 4.2 t motorhome as some Tags have weight restrictions.

Thank you for that info, just ordered.
Can you help me filled in the application ok but cannot get passed the bank details it wont accept my sort code and acc number I have tried to contact them but no luck using a mobile and will not accept my call is there an Email ?
