Yep that’s the one, even looked at the £ and € accounts and they have the same IBAN number, very strange.Did you use euros wallet? This os the screen that I took my IBAN number from

Your £ account shouldn’t have an IBAN or BIC number, it should have an account number and sort code like your Lloyds or Natwest for instance. yes was using an old macbook air and having issues. Think its the browser version that was the problem. Would it be worth you trying again on a different device like someone else did? It was BikerGraham , he was successful on his phone after struggling for a while.
Its not only the slowing down, for us and I expect carolyn, in a PVC, the card slot for cars is too low (particularly as the Ducato window doesn’t go all the way down), and the HGV slot is too high to reach, so I would normally have to get out.Yeh,,,,success,, thanks all after 3 tries on my phone with exactly the same details it went through!!!
We are away on Thursday for a trip over but don’t need it really until May as off to Portugal then and it will save slowing down

I thought our battery had given up the ghost on this last trip and was resigned to using a card, about to get out we had been stationary a few seconds, when suddenly bip and up went the barrier. We also discovered that you can use any lane, not just the ones with a t overhead. We came across one set of booths with height barriers on all the t lanes so had to use the one marked with a card sign. Again, resigned to getting out, the tag went bip and off we went.
I think I might just keep mine until the new one proven. I got mine in 2018 too and it has been stuck on the windscreen through extreme heat and quite a bit of cold weather . Exactly Annie, it’s a right pain. I’m surprised you have to get out as you’re so tall with long arms. You do have to be very careful with positioning though. We only usually end up having to get out if the credit card fails as happened a few times in Italy and we ended up paying cash and then couldn’t reach the thing to get the change. What a palaver! Google whether your bank will complete such payments. Each bank is different. I believe NW will make payments normally from current accounts via SEPA.Having trouble with the system accepting our IBAN No.
Says our Bank (NW doesn't accept SEPA Payments.
It wouldn't accept the alt. of sort code and account No as well.
Any ideas?
