Sorry to let you guys down but I'm afraid we have to pull out of this meet as we're short staffed because of school hols

Hi - glad that you might want to join us all but you need to have paid for membership subscription to attend Fun rallies. It's great value at just £15 a year so if you do decide to subscribe then please message here again & I can then add you to the Reserve List.

Hi Wombles, we are really sorry but we wont be able to make this rally now.
We had hoped to tag it on to the end of our summer trip but we have to be home the week before now, Grandson having his tonsils out before we go, so we need our extra days at the front of our booked holiday now.
Hopefully next year if there is one.

It may not need to be that many as we have had some on the Reserve List who have made other plans by the time they are offered a place so not as far away as it might look :smiley:

There are people booked and paid a deposit on this meet who have also booked on the Saltfleet meet
which occurs at the same time. Be interesting to see how they are going to be in two places at the same
time.

Thank you for pointing that out - only spotted one booked & one on Reserve that are on both so will message them in case it helps them & the others on the Reserve List.
 
Although we have run many meets before - this year Stratford & Lymington are the first Fun & RVOC rallies that we are responsible for so on checking the Rally Marshal's Handbook we do need all those attending to be aware of The Countryside Code & The Seashore Code
