Rally Chat Lymington Seafood Festival, Golf, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Isle Of Wight (& More!) Rally August 2018

As others have helpfully mentioned it's on the first post of this thread - arrivals day Friday 10th August for 3,4 or 5 nights - please let us know if these dates suit you & if you still want to be on the Reserve List?
Agree that the dates don't stand out so have made them bold now (y)

Hi - presume you must have had your name on the Interested List? That is used to message all those interested once booking is available & you would have been messaged several times & even if you had just expressed an interest on the thread again you would have been messaged. It is only when the booking form is completed & the deposit paid that a place is confirmed. There was an unexpected huge & rapid response to booking for this rally so we did our best to reach everyone & extended the limit to fulfil as much of the demand as possible. It is now full but there is a Reserve List so please let me know if you want to be added to that?
 
OK thx for the update.
Must have missed it ( several times).
Need to sort our year out and book some crossings so we won't bother with the uncertainty of the reserve list.

Just a heads up for all that like festivals that we may have another festival meet in Dorset to post soon so look out for that! :Grin:

@raysalaugh @MrWhippy @wanderingyp you are all on the Reserve List for Lymington but have also just alerted you that Retrofestival Newbury is now open for bookings here https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/retrofestival-newbury.169347/ but it's the same weekend! If you do decide to book Retro Newbury then please let us know so we can update the Reserve List. If you don't want to miss out on Retrofestival then can recommend Retrofestival Newark https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/retrofestival-newwark-booking-thread.169346/ as an alternative (y)
 
If you can't get on the Fun rally there is a C&CC rally on the Vicars Hill for the Seafood Festival @ £10 a night.

Our Reserve List is still open & will be up until 2 weeks before the Fun rally (y)
If any Funsters don't get in after that & still want to visit the Seafood Festival then there is Hampshire DA C&CC Temporary Holiday Site Tuesday 31st July -Tuesday 27th August (27 Nights) at Leylands Farm about 20 minutes walk up the road from our rally field. If any members do stay there & want to visit friends in the Fun rally field at Bamptons then please contact us to arrange this.

For anyone considering amending the number of nights they have booked please note that all changes must be done 2 weeks before so by Wednesday 25 July. If you are unsure how many you are down for then see the list on the first post of this thread.

Keen is good (y) We only need the deposits for now then balance by cash on arrival - everyone will be asked for a sealed envelope with the correct amount in cash due for your stay & your forum name, motorhome/vehicle registration & number of nights booked written on it on arrival before or whilst waiting to be pitched. All will be checked off against our lists & given a vehicle pass with the booked number of nights. Has to be organised with so many!
