You are a star please do bring the radios We have two long range ones for us plus our original cheapie ones (they may struggle with the size of the field) but more decent ones available would be excellent in case we do need them. Lights sound good too but no 240v anywhere in the field but maybe someone with good solar & batteries could be pitched next to the Meeting Area to supply 12v? They would need not to mind late night partying next to them though
