Lenny's Search for Winter Sun

And the other one? (There’s 8):)
Nice spot and you can officially take dogs on the beach to the left from Aire.
Servicing, no space for him so he left, parked in the road opposite two of them there now.

Yes noticed the dog bins on the beach, we don't have a dog but look after daughter's Springer a lot so dog aware.

Explains it thanks!
Nice flat cycle ride on the prom to Peniscola from there, if you haven’t been before.

Probably do that tomorrow, a bit boring being flat.:)
Not been here before looks pleasant.

Peniscola Castle is worth a visit and you can carry on cycling along the coast which turns into dirt road and more challenging. If you are there in the afternoon go the other way into Benicarlo when the fishing boats come in and you can go into the fish shed and watch the auction.

OMG, must be end of life as Lenny knows it. We are on a SITE in Peniscola. Managed to shoehorn ourselves into the last available proper pitch, there is a parking area for large vehicles wasn't impressed with that.

How much! €12/night ACSI rate.
Cheaper than some of the camper stops here. First time we have paid since being away for 2½ weeks.

Site EHU had standard continental sockets, guess who couldn't find his adaptor. Took a plug of of a lead didn't need and swapped the plug on one of my hook up leads.

What’s the world coming too, 60€ meal and now a campsite, but have to admit €12 is an incredibly low price for an ACSI site - must see me coming or maybe there is a reason for the price?

Surprised us it's really good, walked past a more expensive one on the way into town, no comparison that one was horrible.

That looked a bit tight.

The video I promised of our little excursion into Vallbona, had to severely edit & reduce quality to get to upload, the reversing was a long painful process.:D2

How can ANYONE be daft enough to drive a motorhome through small Spanish villages

There's a small village somewhere in Spain with a bit of our last motorhomes canopy's paint left on someones house wall!!!

Came off the ferry at Dieppe this afternoon straight into a pea souper cleared up after a few miles. Drove the rest of the day in brilliant sunshine with temps of 14 - 15°.

Tried a different Aire for our first stop a a few km south of Nonancourt at Brezolles.
A nice walled area next to the lake & near the village centre. Free of course, nothing but the best for a F'LT.

One other Brit here in a Frankie, left our door open for an hour they never came and said hello.
