After last night's extravaganza a chicken Jalfrezi tonight, had to make it with breast meat not as good as on the bone.

My weight never varies by more than the odd kilo regardless of what I eat always around 75kg.

When we arrived yesterday it was brilliant sunshine and 22° & howling Gale blowing. Then came that wet stuff & it kept on all night.
Bright & sunny today still have the strong winds but only 14° doesn't help being 3,300ft up.

Had a walk around the village not very interesting only took one photo of the church. Then we did a few miles walking round the lake.
