Deb's I would have thought the Pub would have internet access.
 
we can tether him or one of the other funster will tether him up but I don't have a spare whip he will have to bring his own :Eeek:

What I meant was during meets I sometimes see people arranging to do stuff via the forum which Les won't be able to see as my gear has the internet access.....so a bit of old fashioned door knocking would be very much appreciated........can you tell I'm wittling just a little bit? us being meet virgins lol......
(And he doesn't use the forum, just relies on me telling him what's occurring:rolleyes:)

Bill I'm really sorry but am not able to come to this meet. I have a few health problems at the moment and I thought I would be fit enough but it's not to be. Was really looking forward to it as well as it would have been first meet.

Hi Bill,
Is there a list somewhere of items that people need fixing. We are hoping to mainly observe and learn, although my husband has found a dangly bit up front and he doesn't know what to do with it or how it got there so perhaps someone could advise him :). He is also quite a computer nerd so would be happy to help anyone with computer problems. See you Friday.

My laptop has developed no sound and screen is shaky but think it might be a loose wire. Can he lookat this type of thing?

You have to be so careful with "dangly bits" as could grow into a large problem...........
 
Is there anything organised pub meal/bbq does anyone know please?:).......I haven't read anything and there's 18 pages (I'm being lazy:LOL:)
 
Woo hoo not far away now. Sitting in a pub about 50 miles from Goole enjoying a wine and a meal. Irnbru@mum met guess who haha I've kidnapped his phone..
