I can only say Ian , this sort of thing is what I have being trying to get at in my posts, although I'm not the best one with words so sometimes you think I am getting at you, but if I had had the courage to do what you have done ten years ago with your skills I wouldn't of been thinking coming back.
Commitments, 8 till whenever, sore hands, rain nearly every day what's not to like about trying to make a go of it over there(y):)

Ten years ago chaser, I would have stayed and had a go!! But work in the uk will hopefully fund more travels, different places, people and a decent standard of living! I just been speaking to 3 builders here, block paving all day on their hands and knees for 1100 euros a month!! Not for me mate!!

However chaser if you would like to buy me a bar in the right place, I gaurantee you I would make a success of it !! I will send bank details and look foreward to the 1/200,000 euros your sending!! Xxx. Lol
 
Well I've walked for half an hour or so,, there is no Bronx!! It's all quite nice here, shops in town, cafes, nice vibe. So far I would give fuengerola a 7,5 out of ten!!!! I bet it's heaving in the summer!!! I saw and spoke to a mum of two finish girls today and they put me in mind of a life gone by, when I was young!! Lol. I may tell you all later,, it involves an au pair and a fortune teller!! Lol. Xxx.

I did that four years ago on Almafra,,,landed up in A&E and was on crutches for a month,,,BUSBY...

On me way judge,, Malaga tomorrow to see brewery Dave and family!! Then if I can get hold of Gus I will pop there on Sunday or Monday for a brew!! Then Totana hopefully to see jumartoo! Then Benidorm mate,,, I'm going to have a better look round and try to put my awning incident behind me!!! Xx. You sold that house yet? I think I may be doing a bit in Brighton when I get home in May!! Xx

I have just stopped in a lovely Spanish bar for a coffee, and the waiter greeted me in the broadest Glaswegian accent I ever heard! Lol. I thought it was billy Connelly! Lol.

When I'm walking and often singing to myself, on beautiful days like this, I don't find it hard to thank the lord( or whoever) that I have a good life, I know how lucky I am, and that is only amplified when I speak to one or two people back home!!

Throughout the fits of boredom and calamities I have grizzled about, I really can't complains about anything,,, I'm sure there are a thousand people who would swap with me if they could....

This Motorhoming lark was and has been, from me all my life ( UNTILL Xmas) a well kept secret!! Now I know the majority of motorhomers are of a certain age, but why isn't this way of life and travelling promoted more towards a younger generation! Those ( unlike me) who have a much more adventurous spirit, the sence of freedom to be felt from being on the road is truly liberating !! Sermon over!!

Now, I'm gonna drink my coffee and continue my walk!!!! Chat soon. Xxx

My daughter bought her motorhome about a year ago, she is 25 now, and is currently "doing southern spain" at a rate that would make even your eyes water.

Well I have just spoken to a lovely woman called Jane, she wanted to see me tomorrow,, but she told me all about it terry/ trish and the site is being built already and they are looking for a maintenance man to do the bits when site opens! 1000 euros a month ,, I didn't waste her time but it was worth a phone call !!! It's not for me unfortunately!!

Yes trish it was,,, I wasn't being picky trish but working in uk allows me to earn enough( hopefully) to travel as a tourist for 4 or 5 months later this year into next! And I don't want to fall into the trap of working just to survive in a foreign country, not being able to travel cause the money has run out!! Do you get me Bruv!!! Lol. X
