Gareth & Phil have fun in Spain 2025.

Just to finish a very nice Napoleon brandy made with Greek brandy 😃

Oh and hotel chocolate exquisitely nutty has been opened.View attachment 995543
Now that’s the box I wanted. I’m terribly ungrateful because I was given a box with lots of yucky fruity ones and even completely inedible white chocolate ones. I tried to look pleased but really!

Anyone would think I’m a child or someone’s’ elderly aunt. Well I am an Aunt but I am not elderly, don’t even think about it. I’m in my prime. I’m enraged now as well as ungrateful :giggle:

That's the great thing about choosing ones own, you get the lovely ones.

I sent 2 delicious boxes to our daughter and her husband in Panama for Christmas. I expect I’ll get a request for more when we visit in February. I will ensure I take my favourites as well as hers. Seems only fair.

5 different places. All on P4N. I can give you the details of which ones you want.
Details of all 5 would be great. Plus any others you feel are noteworthy.
We're new to MH'ing and plan to spend Oct - Jan in Spain / Portugal next year. Recommendations for 'quiet' sites near villages / amenities would be most welcome. Don't like the look of those packed sites (prefer small CL sites when in the UK).
Love reading these threads as they gives us a heads up for Aires / stops. Thanks to Gareth & Phil for starting this one.
HNY all

If it helps, here is a link to my blog where we stopped at many places previously mentioned by jumartoo

Bike charger requirements have been put on the non priority list I see...
When you do need a charger may I suggest you look carefully at what you order....not all Bosch chargers are the same...some differ in amperage which isn't an issue, but others are different in the type of battery/motor set up..not to mention the Smart system...
There are many mail order bike outlets here in Spain...who will deliver to your site...now this holiday period has finished and before the next one starts...you might get what you need.
Amazon. es, may have your type... delivery to a drop off point would be my choice...avoids the need to wait around...

That was a great thread and, somehow, although I liked your first post on it, I didn't follow your trip. Very remiss of me. Sorry.

How did you put the links in blue to P4N? That's seems an easy way to gove details.

I'll try to remember to look them up. They are all contained in my threads that can be seen in my signature. The autumn and summer ones for these particular spots.

Just had a check of the Morelo Brochures and Inverter use for appliances remain an extra at a cost of €290 and is only an option if you have selected 2 lithium batteries, current draw on a single battery is too great and could cause damage. View attachment 995465
Look at the price of a Dyson  although they must think that money is no object, they must also think that anyone who is prepared to pay those prices are as thick as ????

After a quick chat in a local bike shop we have found a charger.
Going in tomorrow with the bikes to ensure we have the correct one.

Off to the local supermarket with the granny trolley as we need bread and water and the water is very heavy.
One of the best bits of kit we ever bought 6 years old and still going strong, although phil keeps eyeing up a 4x4 model 🙂

Brilliant...a good result...can you kindly share a price please ..just in case we or our friends need the same...it's a very common charger which is the same as two of our bikes..4amp lversion too.
Bicimarket benidorm €130.
Probably get it cheaper online but for us this was the easiest option.

Is it a two pin or three pin plug on the charger or are you provided with both options on the new van?

We had a converter plug. Although the coffee machine and the washing machine have eu plugs.
