I'm not sure what happened last night but the heating hasn't been working or at least to its full potential.
It's set for 22 degrees as it's 0 degrees outside, we have hovered at 16 degrees, but I think that's just because we have that hanging dryer on as Phil did some washing last night.
I will sort it out when we get to Benidorm later.
Another annoying factor is that the washing machine is not on the inverter system, so at present, we can only use it if we have hook up.
Not good enough, someone definitely dropped the ball on that one.

The washing machine seems an obvious thing for inverter unless it uses a lot of power?

I do wonder about the testing of the motorhome. You would expect it to be very thorough. A step not working and heating not getting to temperature seem obvious to find

Your in what they call the fridge area. There is no sun on that side its all shaded. Best to be on the other side of the inner roadway or even better on the other side of the campsite. More open spaces
If you have a walk around and see a better pitch just grab it and tell reception you have moved.

You've been unlucky ending up near "the fridge " but if you're staying a while they're not bothered about you moving pitches if a better one becomes vacant.
Here's mine on the other side last February.
Me and my friend Shirley Blossom will be arriving on the 26th.

The factory are quite reluctant to put big draw items on the inverter and it depends how many batteries you have, I had to be quite specific that I wanted the air con on the inverter but they flatly refused to put the microwave/grill oven on so I did it myself.

Thats strange, my oven/microwave was already on the inverter out of the factory. I asked Josh to put the A/C and the dishwasher on it aswell which he did without issue. He mentioned that the factory can be a bit awkward if you have a battery warranty claim and have changed things around to draw more power. I figured I would have that argument if I need to claim for new batteries. Only 3 months to go now until the warranty is up, so looks like it wont be an issue.

Sounds like they have changed with the times, our van is coming up 5 years old and the mentality may have still been Lead acid based back then even though we were lithium.

Been looking for a jet wash down here from the Swiss border to lauterbrunnen, I wanted to clean the van it’s filthy but I couldn’t find one anywhere it will have to wait now till I get home!

Edit. Was the alde heating on electric only? If so it’s not great at getting up to temps when it’s cold outside! If you’re only on 1kw it won’t get that warm, we was hovering about 14 deg on 1KW last night, it was -2 deg outside.
On gas however it’s very toasty

Hi Camping shop opposite Raco camp site just up the road from you will have some of the things you need,also large Chinese shop on same side of road sells everything.Enjoy Benidorm

Bosch do some good recharging points themselves. Back in a bit to let you know if there are any in Beni. Cant get them brought out to you by anyone ?

Spain isnt a good area for Bosch rechargers. Nearest one is in Barcelona. Others are near Madrid. May be worth going into the TO at Beni and asking if Bosch have provided any chargers for that area and if not why not and would they like to contact Bosch to provide a load of chargers

If I can find an up to date map of locations to share with you I will. (These charging points have the Bosch chargers in situ and it is free to charge up)

I’d suggest Amazon would be the only way of doing this.
