Easter Food & Drink Festival Chester

If anyone is taking their bikes with them and would like maps of the local cycle ways could you please let me know, so I can get them for you.

Hi Carol won't be bringing my bike but hoping to do a couple of runs over the weekend so would be handy to have a map of the bike routes if that's ok.

Cheers
Gerry

Hi Gerry, no problem, also you are only a couple of minutes from the river, which has a path running at the side of it for miles, good for running along.

Hi Steve, we are parked on the actual inside of the racecourse so it is on grass, I have been keeping a eye on it and it is not looking to bad at the moment.

Chester itself is a excellent city in wet weather as we have the Rows which means a large part of the city is accessible under cover, do bring your umbrellas though because there is so much to see in the city it is a shame not to get out and have a look, on looking at the local weather the Saturday / Sunday don't seem to be to bad.

And of course the Food Fair is right next to the Camping and mostly under cover.

Do you have a Solar Panel Paul, makes the difference, someone a bit more technical than me should be able to answer more fully.
Haggers beat me to it. thanks Paul.

Hi Carol. We would like a cycle map too please, but like Gerry we are running and not cycling!

The questions are coming thick and fast now - is there usually room to put an awning up?

Thanks
Sandra

Easter at Chester

Hello, although a member for a while now I've not yet attended a meet. I'm in Chester on Thursday to have my bottom waxed. Lol. The bottom of my Motorhome is going to be Waxoyled by Rustmaster. I would love to join you all if there's still room.

I've read this thread a few times, that's why I booked the Waxoyl for Thursday, and at onetime saw a form for details of myself and my bus but can't find it now.

For info:
I'm Daiboy, AKA Dave Dewitt from Swansea.
My vehicle is a 7.5m coach built on a Ford Transit base (FreeTec 708ti)
I'm 62 years young, single and travel alone.

I'll probably arrive Thursday tea time depending on when my vehicle is finished. I'm looking forward to meeting you all if space is still available. I'll ring and book direct with the Festival in the morning.
