Sorry, I was otherwise employed here in East Anglia (the Farmer's Reservoirs needed the rain, I'm not just a 'one trick pony' you know?

but I'm on my way, quick call into my old stomping grounds around Hampton Court, for a few days first though.

After managing to set the bed in order and put bedding in, I have now had to take it out again. Son wants to collect a piece of furniture bought at auction as a surprise birthday present for his wife. So today will have to go and collect it and store it here. It has rather stopped my very gradual packing. Might be late arriving!

Sorry for delay in responding, my son bought an Ercol wall unit from an auction, as as a surprise birthday present for his wife. It needed collecting this week and at 6’5” tall required the services of our van, but I had to empty the cushions and bedding that I had carefully put in. It is now trying to hide in our house.

There are tree cutting works tomorrow, on the A432, Badminton Road. Temporary traffic lights are causing some delays but the workmen have been made aware that we have arrivals here. They should be working on the downhill side of the road and so the entrance into Hill Lane should not be coned off.

Wishing you all a great meet, we would have been there and looking forward to it, but circumstances/health got in the way so had to sell our much loved Hymer,. Enjoy and I look forward to seeing some photos.
