Disgruntled CAMC Warden Joining Here!

hi and welcome to fun ,many many years ago in upton on severn i had a slight disagreement with a cc,warden i ended up getting banned as i gave him a left hook after the way he spoke to me and my wife ,please lets hear all the truthes and gossip ,ps hope your name is not graham,lol
 
I fear his emails may have been intercepted by the CAMC Gestapo and at this moment he is having his badges ripped off him, his barrier key taken away and being cast out of the site beyond the new arrivals lane ! Here he is just leaving.

I have heard big changes are coming in for the booking process and paying of deposits to be introduced, hopefully they include more on this in the whistleblowing.

Welcome on board. It is well worth the twenty quid to join; although you obviously know your way around, there is a huge amount of information on here and some really good banter.

I'll not be impressed if they mess around with what works perfectly well.
The old adage - if it ain't broke don't fix it. seems to be applicable.

I for one would welcome the introduction of a deposit system, it never ceases to amaze me the amount of times I have tried to book a site to be told it is full only for a shed load of pitches to become available 3 days before the date I wanted to go, I have also booked 2 separate sites because one was fully booked up for one of the nights and on arrival find loads of pitches suddenly available for both nights, on a few occasions the warden has sorted the bookings out for us with the other site but the introduction of a deposit may deter the block booking (particularly at weekends) with the full knowledge they only intend to use half of them I have even had one (caravaner as it happens but certain it isn't unique to them) person brag about how he always books a site every weekend a year in advance and only ever uses 1 booking a month on average, his argument was the system lets him and it means he can choose the weekend with the best weather as he just has to cancel the others with 3 days notice at no cost!
