Costco membership - worth it?

For all who dont know about Costco channel 5 now is Christmas at Costco program.

Well, in less than 2 months of membership and only putting diesel in the motorhome twice (not even complete fills) I've made back the £30 membership in diesel savings.

At Costco Oldham. They were carrying out membership card checks at the petrol station. And the. queues have reduced dramatically. Notice a lot Less Private Hire Taxi Drivers in the Queue too !

I know why we were there a couple of weeks ago and there was a young asian guy passing a card round about five cars and holding everyone else up.

We're into profit too after just over a month, just on fuel adding in the other savings we have made a good investment

Yes, but that's just a card scan. There were staff checking cards against you and your ID photo.

In Oldham, they now scan your card as you enter the store and your photo comes up on a big screen for someone to check

You can't fill up without a Costco card, you have to scan it on the pump, were they checking the photo on the card matched the driver. Mine is that bad it could be anybody over 60 with grey hair
