Just avoid that Flamborough head ... Unless it's like a millpond! One of the big scares of my life, in my cousin's speedboat in mildly rough seas! It was his idea of fun! He's still alive, at 80. Not mine, of course. I was holding the dashboard so tight, I nearly pulled out the motor control cables. and also avoid that backstreet Chinese take away/ fish and chips shop. Yuk. Mind you, that was many decades ago.

I would but I can’t be in two places at once! But I think Jim is free 🤣
No, sorry, he is very busy, Lyn has him fully "occupied". ;)
When the "fishermen" go out and find any fish, best if they mark the spot with an "X" on the side of the boat ,so they know where to go to next time.

See post #56, you’ve already done that gag Jim! 😜

Hi all
For those of us who a going out sea fishing I have spoken to the skipper who's name is Frank so everyone knows his name. We need to meet at the harbour at 7.45am to sail at 8.00am Tackle and bait supplied weather on the day will determine whete we will be fishing. Cost is £40 per person. We just need to decide how we get to the harbour for 7.45am

I can drive… it’s a four person car… I shall let Tony decide the seating/transport plan!

Most skippers I’ve been out with often provide a parking permit… can you check if this is available?

Do we fancy leaving earlier to allow time for a traditional fry up before we head out? Gives those with poor sea legs something to tempt the fish with… 🤪 Hueweeeeeee!!
