That little ditty reminded me of the day a delivery driver turned up at my gate with a parcel. The first thing he said to me was "when I read your name I was convinced you would be a little old lady with long silver hair tied up in a bun" (My full name is Regina) and what a shock you are nothing like that, what's your dogs name" I said this is Stanley he had jumped up at the gate and was as tall as me. I said to him, Gina and Stanley sitting in a tree k.i.s.s.i.n.g to which he laughed said "I am sure there is law against that !!" he said I had made his day, I was so funny memories eh ! edited to say I didn't know Regina was regarded as an old lady's name until that day. I was named after my paternal Grandad ReginaldGina and Smiffy sitting in a tree k.i.s.s.i.n.g.

Reminds me of a meal I had in Bergen once. One of our auditors was looking through the business (I was temporarily running it at the time and requested an audit to cover my arse) - we went out to this traditional Norwegian restaurant and whale meat was on as a starter. Tried it and though it was chewy. The (French) auditor tasted it and said (heavy French accent) - “I do not like zis…….it tastes like Moby’s dick” - spat my drink out. Only she and I got the jokeOooh I don’t know, we’ve all heard of mobby dick
sorry I messed up my reply, been laughing so much. Don't know what happened.Amanda Burton ?
