have we heard if Wayay Wires has had his 'bits' from Terry? Had a chat with him (Terry ) today and he said he sent both Popeye (who has confirmed) and Wayay Wires info the same time to the new email you gave.

Also had a quick look at the areal plan of the site and I can see a perfect location for our lot. Terry is going to forward an electronic copy to me, then I can post it here with our suggestions/recommendations.

Needless to say, the bar will be a maximum of 80 yrds away - max.

LAST CALL - ALL.......... Then the Funsters 2015 BIBF attendance will be complete.

We are just awaiting final confirmations from Funsters who have sent booking forms to Terry before the booking 'watershed'.
Could the following Funsters let me know once they have received their confirmations please - you will then go on the official attendees list (page one).
@LaMB @Tessntim @sianietheone
The list on page one is the list both Terry and I use to plan and organise Funster pitches, reserve spaces and group together rallying Funsters (and select the best part of the site).
The details and confirmations which place Funsters on this list grants the respective Funsters with 'short term' RFC membership to freely use the facilities at the rally site and your confirmations are also your tickets for entrance etc. Some Funsters have not booked for the full weekend so the list, combined with the plan, will ensure we have reserved pitches for them.

On a sad note - I have PM'd (several times) and requested via this thread, contact as regards booking forms being sent in and any confirmations received from the following funsters that have RSVP'd above. @Traveller_HA5_3DOM @toledo Unfortunately I am unable to do any more to confirm whether they wish to book, confirm or indeed attend the Funsters BIBF rally.

I can see no problems with this at all - the Funster pitches will be reserved for the duration, nights of 6th-9th. Ok, thanks I'll mention it to Les .......have gennys been mentioned as we have no solar/additional battery - we do have the use of Les's brother's though......one of the honda quiet thingies (sorry,that's my sum total knowledge of a genny)

Nope, no one has mentioned genny's. Now there's a thought.......... will anyone need to use a genny? (other than Debs, of course).

Debs, made the genny enquiries. Alls well with generator use as long as its agreed with your neigbours. If its pre-agreed then we shouldnt have any complaints, sometimes night use may be fround on by some.
