Given I wasn't too sure why I was coming here it's probably no surprise that I don't really know where I am. I think it was an old soviet naval base at one point, I'm really not sure.

Nice though... Somewhere in Paldiski, NW Estonia.

Only a week or so left of this trip, no point cleaning the flies off the windscreen until I'm home

We bailed out from the Mosel on Sunday when we saw the weather forecast projections for the coming week or so.
Now just north of Limoges heading for sunny and hot Blaye.

Good plan, unfortunately I have to be back near Nuremberg on the 21-23 for work to be done on the van otherwise I would bail and be heading South.

Bit of a pain but it has been ok up until about an hour ago. Not looking to good for the next 3 days

Are you at the CL near the base of the Hannington TV mast?
I have walked passed that CL & fancied staying there a night or 2

It does look like you’ve got Greenham Common’s water tower though. That’s left of centre near the horizon.

Wood farm Charmouth. Just for info we have a premium pitch, We’re here for 3 nights and it’s cost us £44 in total. Has a indoor pool, bar and restaurant on site, doubt we will use them with cost of beers but have booked a slot for pool tomorrow. It’s free just book a hr slot. For anyone who would be interested pm me as they have a special offer on atm. Looked at CCC/camping in forest but they wanted nearly 120 quid for a pitch with just ehu and no site facilities.
