A photo of the outside from Inside

Sunrise in Arbroath … dropped off son at Edinburgh airport at 5:15am, now on way up see daughter in Aberdeenshire to view a house.

I thought I would share this with everyone. Maybe I am being a little sensitive.

Whilst taking a pee break, for us and the dog, at Thurrock Services I chose to park right in the middle of an empty part of the car park. Four empty to the left. Five to the right and behind one space deep to the access lane.

I was just opening the sliding hab door to get out when this chap arrived and parked and walked off....

The second photo is outside from the outside!!!

WHY???
He probably thought a woosh bang i will join him

He wanted to get the benefit of being in your shadow/shade.
Or, he saw where you had parked, away from other vehicles and probably out of view of the CCTV cameras, and thought he’d break into your van.
Or, he plans to gas you while you’re sleeping. You have got your blinds closed which might indicate to him that you are staying there for some time.

WHY???
Reminds me of a while ago, when we found a nice quiet lay-by with a couple of designated Motorhome spaces near Tarbert, Scotland.
Just us.
Until half an hour later….

We had similar in Scotland about 8 years ago. We pulled into a quiet lay-by for the night.

At about 1130pm two low loaders pulled in but they unloaded their machinery which started to dig up and re-lay the road over a distance of about 200 yards around the lay by.

We couldn’t get out and had the work going on through the night until 03:30am so not much sleep. I told the crew that I hadn’t seen any signs regarding the work but he informed me that “it had been published in all the local papers”.😳

I will have to increase my newspaper orders before our return visit to Scotland in October.😎

Given the option, I’ll park beside a higher worth vehicle. Makes mine less desirable 😀
