Waxham Sands, Norfolk.
Had booked 4 nights here, only staying 2. Not much to do, did manage to get to Nelsons Head. Great pub, good food ,ales and ciders, probably 10 of each. ( Not me !)

My son had his wedding and reception at Scatcliffe Hall in 1999 was a nice venue but later I believe the family who had it last didn’t know what they were doing and there were rumours of wayward son selling drugs. Do you know any more about it?

Dont know about the son/drugs. The hotel got into trouble after have some major building work carried out and a small fire broke out. The hall hall went into disrepair as the owners couldn't pay for the repair work. Its currently up for sale and has been for many years. With a price tag of around 1.5 million!! I dont think it will be selling anytime soon.
