Look everyone I'm on a real campsite.

Delemere Forest and I've been out on the recumbent.
When the warden comes around to measure the distance between your van and the peg, you should get him/her to tell your neighbour to remove their washing. It’s against the rules.

Is drying your towel classed as washing?
Probably. Tying a line to a tree is definitely against the Health & Safety rules.
I was told by a warden in Scotland that the reason the Club doesn’t provide washing lines is because of ‘elf and safety; “someone could garrotte themselves”.
The cynic in me thought the reason they don’t provide washing lines was because they want us to pay exorbitant prices to use their tumble dryers.

I'd be tempted to get my van step out and put the line 8 foot up the tree and see how he justifies his "garrotting" theory then, and then ask his views on "trip hazards" of tent guy lines ?

I did look at adding a filter but they all made it worse

First race since 2019. All COVID secure, no spectators, masks to be worn, hand sanitiser by the bucketload. Soooo good to
be back .:giggle:

Not many masks being worn. 😂😂.
Hope you had a good race weekend. The fire and medic company I work for are starting asking for paramedics, ambulance crew and fire crew. Good to see👍🏻👍🏻.

wonderful piece of British engineering, and they allow overnighting in their car park. :giggle:
Yes, it’s quite something standing below it and a lovely spot for views. My mum was with us. She visited the Wheel not Long after it first opened and was amazed by all the different things there to do.

i thought the car park would be very busy but it was fine. However, later passed by Helix Park which is at the entrance to the Kelpies and was extremely busy.

Nice view.
Which site is that please?

Richard.
Its basically a field with Elsan point and 1 drinking water tap, Tenner a night but no prebooking just turn up. Its on searchforsites just south of Budle Bay on the Bamburgh Road. Its closed this coming bank hol weekend though, some kind of rally on, its a fantastic site for photography and twitching as the Bay is a wildfowl reserve. Take some ramps though it can be quite slope in some places.

To be fair, not a vast amount of masks were worn trackside whilst watching but a lot if us wore them to talk to others around our vans. Could have done with more ....blooming dusty today
