Yes, Kelpies £10pnight, no EHU, water, Grey waste disposal. There are toilets and barrier to car closes at 10pm. Feels save and view kelpies from cab window.

Yes to Wheel, £15 per night, I think water and waste, could be showers.

We overnighter at Kelpies, then went to wheel in morning, then onwards with our travels.

Crikey, that did come down Nic didn’t it luckily we got holed up in Wetherspoons we did get a soaking on the walk to there though.

Thank you god..saves me giving it a wash. They only forecast light rain that’s how we got caught out on our walk into St. Neots….it lashed it down. She’s had a good clean over the last week what with yesterday’s rain and the storm from hell that hit us on Sunday on another site close by. That storm produced hail over 20mm in diameter, the largest I have ever seen. The noise on the van was just incredible and we was having to shout at the top of our voices just to be heard, I kid you not.

Helmsdale Harbour, between Dornoch and Wick. stopped on car park cou our lunch time. Lovely spot you can overnight, no facilities put a donation in box.

Thanks for the site recommendation. That's also our first choice (not booked), but VXman is currently in Bled too and says it's fully booked.

We pre booked about 3 days in advance. Spoke with the boss as we were concerned having a big rig. He sorted us. Love it.
Lot's arriving on spec are indeed being turned away.
If you do get here the Beef Goulash is to die for.

Thanks. That ties in with what VXman advised. We'll probably try River Bled Camping a little further out of town.
