I have no problems looking a right nob.
Just arrived with Bertie for it's annual service and check over.
Wayne the owner is under instructions that if he sees owt wrong with Bertie he is to put it right.
In the garage (forgot to take pics, will do when i collect the car) he has the XJS that Simon Olgilvey? drove in The Saint............AND he also has the 009 Triumph 1200 motorbike that was in the latest Bond film. Bike 007 is owned by Daniel Craig. Only 3 bikes were made specifically for the film.

Dropped MHome off for MOT & service, so popped into farm cafe close by for breakfast. View attachment 732061
I gave you a "Love It" heart symbol, just as a reminder of what that breakfast is going to do for your heart!

And also I don’t look good in Lycra 😁😁
Who does.
Get rid of peddle bikes, you know they are dangerous. Many have said so on here (owners)

Whilst Bertie is away being pampered i thought good oppertunity to paint the floor for him.
Other half 1st coat in the afternoon, 2nd coat in the morning.
Oh by the way, this thread don't have to be just about countryside beaches and woof woofs does it:unsure:

If you have the chance book a visit to the Triumph factory in Hinckley and you’ll find out a fair bit more on the story of the 007 bikes, including some of them on display including the prototypes.

We recently took my mate on the four person ‘Full Works’ factory tour as a 70th birthday present which, in addition to the production facility, includes the museum etc., and had the opportunity to sit on the Triumph Steve McQueen rode in The Great Escape - very carefully I might add as it’s reputedly valued at £1.5 million!

Do it, well worthwhile and one of the best days out I’ve had in a long while. The ‘Full Works’ tour is the one to book (for four persons) as it’s personalised and you have the one guide accompanying you around all the departments, museum, etc., plus 50% discount in the shop at the end. We had to wait nearly 6 months for a visit slot after buying the ticket but I’d go again if the opportunity arises (or you want to include me in yours!).

No, it doesn’t have to be “all about countryside, beaches and woof woofs“. There’s quite a lot about motorbikes, classic cars and grandchildren. 🙊
