A photo of the day thread

Went around to the bar near us for a couple of beers and bar snacks. The Calamari was exceptional. Hendricks. Forgotten and a pleasure to have service of this caliber again.
Pics not that good but gives a idea.
Pics 1&2 are at the top of the drive to the hotel entrance.

Never rated Travelodge that much myself, some like it though😂😂

That other beach i mentioned.
I looked but couldn't find a Punch & Judy or a knotted hanky anywhere.
Looking at the menus for lunch i was thinking by gum the spelling police on here would have a field day.
Only 28c today so pleasant.
Don't do beaches. Ok to walk on the boardwalk as there are some very interesting sites.
The green track is rubber, the brown is timber boardwalk.

I love that you've only cleaned the bit where the panel goes, I also like to practise economy of movement :ROFLMAO:

But... but... but...

I didn't fit the panel... I'm far too old for all that nonsense these days!

My mantra now is... "If you want something done, pay someone to do it and sit back and watch".

JJ

Also. You cannot get blamed when something goes wrong.

I hate to think what the average River Yacht Club Mooring Fees are these days, plus EHU costs. They were £33 a foot back in the early 80's when I crewed on my bosses 33 foot Birchwood.
Two 90 gallon Red Diesel tanks brimmed up would take us down the Thames, through London, mooring at Rochester, then Ramsgate, then over to Calais and return to home at Penton Hook Marina Chertsey, near Staines, Middx, nearing empty by then.
Anyone know?

Don't you hate it when they put great big rocks where it would be a great place to park, or even wild camp?
They are just outside gates to Bay View in Bolton-le-Sands, where we are staying.
