When we were coming to Swiss Farm last time someone on here recommended The Old Bull in Henley. We did look but it was under refurb so never got the chance.
Well to night i did go in, had a couple of beers and food.
Very very nice indeed.
An idea of how it looks
Did call in Weterspoons, GRIM, the beer i got was crap, left half (not like me) moved on.

Ah, thanks for reminding me. Lovely place. My intention was to eat in Weterspoons? As you know The Bull in on the walk to there. Soon as i got my pint i thought this is nice and decided i would eat there. Glad i did.
Thanks for the initial tip.

There you go 😃

My son takes a better pic than me but not sure whether it’s the same one as there are 3

Now he's sitting on my telegraph pole.

Some evenings he's so noisy I have to go out and shout at him.

Driving around the Moffat hills today we came across the “Grey Mare’s Tail” waterfall, looking splendid after the rain. Quite a stiff walk to get this view.

The following is the culmination of 27 days on the Camino Portuguese from Lisbon to Santiago de Compostela walked (629kms.) by our Son Matthew.

Us? Proud?? Not half!

If, having had a look at his efforts, you feel you can put your hand in your pocket (All proceeds to Cancer Charities) then feel free to do so.

Our budding Modern Pentathlete has started secondary school this term and he’s already been drafted into their showjumping team - it’s a top notch rural state secondary, so they do that kind of thing! Second time out for him in the regional competition and they’re through to the Nationals.

He’s also been made captain of his year’s rugby first XV and they played and trounced the local public school last week. Wait until they see him swim and run as well!
