Our first foray into France Passion was an absolute disater.
Struggled to find the place, Famille Royer, Etang Du Clos in Andelot Blancheville 52700 but we did.
We don't speak any French other than WEE and merci the chap there don't speak any English, he can however wave his arms about a lot.
We got frustrated as we had no clue what was going on. So we left

Drove down the road and came accross this place. As it happens it's quite good.
AND,
Should have brought (not bought) a boat as the rain on the way down was UK standard.
No other humans. Vast majority are tulip growers.

France Passion? Found them out to be a very mixed bag on our trip last month. Had to work quite hard to find the good one. On two occasions (and following the co-ordinates from their app) we turned up to a site to find they no longer existed or closed up and deserted, annoyingly so if you've deliberately diverted your route to get there! Found that the good ones were either based around farm/auberges or the viticulturalists. Still debating whether to renew our membership next year or not.

Enjoy your trip bobnick !!

Just now sipping a nice red bought from one of those aforementioned viticulturalists.
So yes - will renew for next year after all :giggle: !

We tried France Passion on year, couldn’t find one and then the next one we tried , there was nobody about to show where to park so we left. Stick to Aires now.

neither do i ..
but you do have beautiful views in nz..

They're Ginko leaves. I'm not sure if Ginko trees grow in the UK. You have to be careful which Ginko you buy because some of them are known as Vomit Trees because they smell like ... vomit.

Be careful on that scooter, especially after the accident that Bovisand and his wife have just had, so take care please.

Got a young woodpecker on sun flower hearts , also greenfinches and goldfinches . Also Cyril the squirrel helping himself to birds treats
Woodpecker is second photo top right just showing tail feathers
Little goldfinch baby hit conservatory window stunned but ok flew off after an hour

Amazing that all those birds are on your feeder at the same time.

Not knowing the circumstances (didn't read the full story) or the chaps experiance with bikes/scooters it's hard to assess.
Anyway, yes of course i will be extra careful overhere as i am aware they are out to get you.
Only rode it on site thus far. Tomorrow going into Colmar on it, 2 ks each way.
