It’s got to be one of those sign where you just have to ask why??!!!!What sign?
Stopped Glenbrittle (Isle of Skye) last night. Campsite closed.

Thats aptJust showing you all a picture of my treasured RSPB clock bought for me years ago by a young, to me, funster.
Every hour the 'chime' is the birdsong of the bird on the picture. They reckoned without this numbo who can't work out how to change the song when the clocks go back or forward.
This morning my tawny owl woke me up singing, 'Cuckoo.'.

I started looking for the steam train exiting stage leftUnusual clouds over Gorran Haven
I was there in 1999 and saw a small steam train unlike anything I'd seen before, never got a photo because of torrential rain which got us trapped in Queenstown for four days because of landslips. Apparently 2 metres of rain fell in just two days. Lake Wakatipu rose more than 10ft leaving Queenstown centre under 4ft of water in places. I have many family members living in the Christchurch area, I hope we can return soon it's been too longWe took Arthur’s Pass through the Southern Alps of NZ’s South Island and stopped for a look around the almost derelict settlement of Otira. It’s main purpose was to provide accommodation for the road and rail construction workers and now it looks very sad. There was no mistaking the Word of the Lord from the outside of the church.
Also, a few photos for the trainspotters amongst you.
