A lovely long weekend at Blue Anchor.

The CS has a rally field if anyone’s interested .....

Walking our daughter’s puppy this morning we walked down to Rhoose Point the most Southern point on mainland Wales. A bit dull and blowy today.

Sorry about the sloping sea. Taken on a phone and the slope wasn’t obvious. Could be handy for skiing though.

The cliffs can be unstable, with two people killed by stonefalls along this stretch of coast in the last 3 years. I thought mono suited this one.

It is going to the "hospital" on Monday for extensive work on the engine after which my Beloved Hymer will be taken away by its new owner (good guy).

I have been very comfortable in my new home for over a week now.

The Odeon Cinema is a carbuncle! What architect and planners would be proud to put their name to that? Such a shame. Lincoln is one of my favourite cities in England. I liked your photo of the inside of the Cathedral. Have they removed the pews permanently?

Another one from today in Lincoln. inside the cathedral. Stunning. View attachment 434918
A real shame the original pews get removed from a lot of historical churches/cathedrals etc. Even if they were falling apart with woodworm couldn’t they replace them with something a bit more in keeping with the history!

Thanks for the hug.

When I joined the RAF in 1983 we were all invited to open a Nat West account and the branch was at Brayford Wharf.. stayed with them for many years until I switched to First Direct but never once visited the bank

Good morning from Beer. Just had a breakfast on the beach in the sun. Not bad for October
We are very fond of Beer ( the place & the beverage:sun::beerchug:) and normally have fish & chips on the beach.👍
