Ahh I guess you asked if we were on the island because of the Union Jack flag on the avatar? When I post from home it shows the Manx flag. When out and about round the island we use a smarty sim which shows a union flag on the avatar because it’s the only provider that accepts the IOM as a non roaming country and the cost is light years ahead of the two monopolies providing cover here.

Note to any of you planning to come here, local providers are shocking.

Update: Sure have just brought out a local payg sim that gives unlimited data for 30 days. It gives you more than enough cover for a holiday. When the border finally gets opened again!

Son's girlfriend sent us this pic this morning. They rafted across to an island on Derwent Water as part of his birthday adventure and camped last night, he's got a paragliding tandem jump pencilled in for later today !
