The missus found this little fella in the garden last night. Seen a few fully grown over the years, but no babies.

Funny life for them here. Too warm in winter to hibernate. And it's not rained for 18 months.

The missus put it outside the gate with some water and cat food. Our 3 cats and the dog just ignored it.

Our neighbour tonight.... But not in Scotland, but at our pitch for tonight, Bank Mill CS, Mawbray, on the Solway Firth nr Silloth. Cumbria.

5 fully serviced HS pitches £19 pn. tucked away behind the dunes offering a bit of shelter from the hoolie that has been blowing off the sea most of the day.
Just calmed down enough for a wander before Tea.

I used to use a local walk in service to get my ears lowered but £12 on some Wahl clippers and SWMBO now has a job for life if she wants it.. she does a great job
