To justify my grump face, I know even more than normal

we were encouraged to walk a dog , the size of an oversized rat really, never been a real dog I objected on grounds of it will probably have a dump

was assured it wouldn’t , yeah but due to inadequacy in the size department , the poo came out like marbles while walking down a steep hill. Not only did they need picking up I had to stop them rolling away first

Our pitch for tonight is Old Kiln Farm CL, or rather the overflow field for it.
It is on the B5300 just outside Allonby, Cumbria on the Solway Firth.

£15pn includes water and dump and quite nice views....

Walk along the shore to Allonby..

I’m no botanist or even a gardener, not by a long shot, but it could be as there is a whole lot of it all round the brook here.
