Today was a day at Bennissa Medieval Market, been before so we went a little earlier, because it gets packed in the narrow streets, really enjoyable day. Bob.

Having jumped on the scales this morning, and thinking my belts shrunk I need to do something about it.
Not the best of days, but ideal for serious exertion on the bikes, so although we only did 45km it was up hill and down dale, on road and off road, but we really enjoyed it.
We stopped for a break at Denia, and in the photo is Denia castle and the marina.

And Janie and I replacing the calories we burnt off with a nice piece of cake and coffee. Bob.

I never have this problem when I go out alone.

Further investigation revealed this...

Sat outside MoHo yesterday in the sunshine (but very cold) and a robin joined me. Unfortunately I never had my camera with me as he was taking walnut titbits from my hand - so trusting and completely confident.
Beautiful birds.

Sony A7RIII Sony 100-400GM lens with Sony 1.4x teleconverter. Best camera/lens combination I've ever used and believe me I've used far far too many!
