My bionic boy today.....11 weeks after his 2nd total hip replacement and he's sleeping on his back, legs akimbo, cos he can now.....he's never slept like this before and he's 6 years old.....priceless.

Arh..it's me Billy no Mates ...at Kamp Radonja near Karlovac , Croatia. Very helpful owner. He was cutting grass when we arrived and asked if I could wait whilst he cut my preferred location ..then apologised about the mower noise ..he's gone to collect kids from school and I'm in charge

Beautiful day in londinium so I decided to jump on the train with Laika the wonderdog and walk along the banks of the Thames at Richmond. If you get the fast train I can get there in 15 minutes.
The only thing which spoils a walk for me along a canal or river are aggressive cyclists. Today there were only two , riding side by side and flat out .

A couple from the Eckington bike day on Saturday. Suitable for the Whitby Goth meet, a steam punk bike. Some really good engineering done by the owner to personalise it. He reckons the tractor seat is comfortable for hours?
