Reflections in Honfleur Harbour, one of my all-time favourite places to visit.

@namwaldog, if you're there Friday morning Barry, the band comes by about 5am to wake you up, just minutes before the hound trail comes past the THS (think Hound of the Baskerville's on steroids) !
One of the odd things about the band is that they still march to the railway station to greet their "freends" coming home for the Common Riding, even though Dr Beeching closed the branch line back in the 60's. :D

Pictures from Norwich Fun Rally, exciting test drive of @g8ysn (Pats) lovely little scooter. First time on a motorised bike in 25 years!

Norwich Cathedral, not usually my cup of tea, but who cannot be impressed with this building. We heard a choir practice and the church organ sound was great as well.
2nd Highest Steeple after Salisbury in the UK.

AJS Modena, they are really great looking Scoots. (AJS are local to me, though they basically just import Chinese bikes now).

My son just bought one and it was great fun to ride. My first time on a "Twist n Go". Extremely good value, especially used. My son paid £600 for a 2 year old 125cc version.
Never going to win the TT on it but perfect for where he lives.......yes...Brighton.

He makes it look cooler than I ever could.

This young lady spent some time walking up and down at the Col yesterday. I later found she was promoting a flower festival taking place nearby in August.

Looking across the beach and just beyond the headland is Carlyon bay.

Our overnight spot for today. We are just over the Portuguese border in Southern Spain. Had a lovely sunny day on the beach, photos taken after the sun had gone.

It’s great up there, will be up there again next month visiting my boys in Aberdeen, the rivers are looking a bit low @Brian and Jo
Yes that’s true I couldn’t believe how low the River Dee is .But still very picturesque.

Plan A was to drive to Raucoules today but a "manifestation" on the N88 put paid to that. I sat in traffic for 30 minutes then did a U turn in an attempt to get round it. Wrong, they picked their spot for maximum inconvenience. Gave up and parked up for the night at the Hyper 'U', I spent €75.50 in there so it should be ok.
Picture one lunch stop at 1310, No Shade! Gages.

On then to tonight's "stop" (I hope)!
