A photo of the day thread

I do agree with you. Is your van parked at home. Mine is not. If I go away for the weekend, I have to fill up water etc. Then come back Travel to park up, drain down etc, just not worth it.
Yes. We are lucky in two ways.

Our van is parked at home, not at a storage site, and so readily accessible. We realise not everyone can have this. We keep the water system drained down in very cold weather but it is easy to top up when required.

We are retired so can go at a moments notice. We are heading to France/Spain on Saturday. It should have been Thursday but we have delayed 48 hours in the hope that the snow clears from the area around the Channel Tunnel.

Enjoy your motorhome when and where you can. My initial comment was tongue in cheek.:)

No prob, Have a great trip, hope the weather is fine for you.

As nice as the snow pics are, lets have some more of the sun. I'm fed up with the winter, seem's like it will never end.
Or am I itching to start getting the van ready. Roll on summer.:)
I'd love to send a picture of the sun, but it's pissing down here :(

A wicked biting easterly today

It must have been a helluva downpour overnight. The river behind our house has water in. Lived in this house 18 months and only seen water in it twice before. Usually bone dry and we cross it most days after walkies

I love where we live, but do miss the lovely snowy days in the UK

It's only 3 or 4 days a year, but tis ace :)

I used to love watching the dogs running about and having fun.

Must be Portugal.

Can’t get it for £20 here.

Fish and chips, (twice), comes to about £14 at the local chippy.
