NOTHING and I mean NOTHING will get in his way driving that:D.
Just a flurry of snow around Glasgow , not lying so far.
I'll try to make sure that if I ever meet your son he's not driving to Hawick:D

Had a ride out to seaham harbour today..
Came upon this lovely sculpture, constructed of little metal plates welded together..

Somehow a "love it" rating seems inappropriate, but this really stirs my heart.

I know what you mean.. could sit by it for ages taking in all sorts of facinating little features...
Seaham its self is hardly recognisable now from it's mining days...
The Collier tip beach that I used to fish has largely returned to sand now...all The tips long gone...
The above sculpture one of many decorating the seafront....
Andy.

That is a beautiful photo ...its almost alive.

I first visited honfleur in 1992 in an old vw camper van I'd bought for £675 I was 17 and it was my first time abroad......never went abroad again for nearly 20 years.

That brings back memories

Much larger than life Debs... Must stand around 8ft tall...
Should really have had someone in one of the photos to convey that...

I'l Not ask how many moons ago... that would be rude... wouldn' it

The other sculptures I saw were all arty sort of things... you know weird shapes in stone and metal... nothing that caught my eye like '' Tommy ''..

You don't acquire lots of tea spoons also do you, Debs? All mine keep disappearing... ;)

Now you know I'm just a whippersnapper (what is one of them anyway??) must get up there and have a nosey:rolleyes:

@Go Humberto!
Lovlely image that. If you mask off the bottom half and just leave the buildings , the proportions make it look like a Lowry painting

We had a cycle ride up to La Isleta del Moro, up the coast from the site at Los Escullos this afternoon. Lovely village but hardly a soul in sight.
Passed this lovely wilding site on the outskirts of the village

Wilding? Really? Am I looking at the right place, or is the prohibition not enforced?

Like the one I took in May 2014? (Now hanging on my wall at home). People refuse to accept it's a photo and not a painting.

I spent 3 nights there about a week ago. About 18 vans first night and 12 the other two nights. I looks like it is tolerated in the winter. Guardia Civil did drive by one day.
No mistake @namwaldog

I'm glad it's not just here then...its cold and windy in Castellon too ,sun is trying to come out but is failing
It's rained most days of last week here. Dropped to 10c overnight. Cool today. Got the gas fire on.

Beautiful day here on the west coast of Skye, had a nice walk, this is my favourite shed (so I've probably posted a very similar photo before, sorry!)

Weather looks good, drizzly in Glasgow .
