Lovely way to start the day ... with this little one knocking on my door .. first thing she does is strip off and put nanma's clothes on.

Yesterday went swimming in river .. COLD!

Yes it looks fairly tame but it had to stunn itself first by flying into a window.

It seemed OK when it jumped down from my hand but may need a stiff drink before flying again.

Looks good. The most exciting bit for me is the lush green lawn. Just brown and dusty here in Portugal.

Mont St Michel yesterday, we walked there along the canal from the Aire , about 3 miles each way.
The place was very busy.

We stayed for the night at the new commercial Aire in Beauville @ €15.50 per night with hookup, a simple walk up the canal straight to Mont St Michele.
You may be able to park for the day in the designated car park where the shuttle buses run from, but we didn't check it out.
