We are off to Surrey this weekend to visit daughter. Our first trip!

Ps, I would love to visit Tintagel farm! Its on my list now.

We'll be coming round the bottom coast sometime over the next few days - we're moving on to Gwithian Farm tomorrow then probably the Lizard, Porthleven, and Falmouth before meeting up with Penelope Pitstop (Rex & Marie) near Par next Tuesday, then on to Looe for a few days. Where are you?
 
We are in Porthpean. Par has a nice pub, not too far away from us. We sometimes go for a meal there. Our favourite pub is Pentewan, very popular as its next door to Pentewan Sands

Gwithian Farm's about 10 minutes from me! Coffee???
 
How long are you staying at Gwithian? (I'm in the middle of house-selling-viewings so have a few calls on my time - but I can so easily make time for a mini-meet & a coffee!)
 
Nice pub opposite Gwithian farm campsite. The red river inn. Not been for a while but would love to be there now. Have a good one. (y)
 
A very healthy lunch of banana split and coffee today at Malcesine on the banks of Lake Garda.

Wonder if that is where the Skagen super thin watches come from?



or perhaps designed there...
...or maybe made in China & just branded with the Danish place name?

Any sign of a watch factory amongst the ducks ?

Out on the early morning walk with Laika the wonder dog.
This was taken at 06:00 , it's the footbridge from the Tate to St Pauls . I thought the guy was taking a bit of a risk, one slip and he would have been in the water and the tide was going out fast.
. Just to get a photo :eek:

no didn't see one but wasn't really looking it's quite wild up there more fishermen than factories.
 
Stopping at Harelbeke camperstop in Belgium, enjoying the sunshine. There is a lovely leisure lake a short stroll away with well marked cycle and walking routes.
