It has very likely been mentioned but a must watch is Mississippi Burning. Gene Hackman is his best role IMO with Willem Dafoe in equally good fettle. Brilliant script about a harrowing true event in 1960s America. And directed by Alan Parker to boot.

Please forgive, not a Film, but a Series on the BBC I Player, SAS Rogue Heroes.
I thought I would give a try, watched 1st episode just after midnight, ended up binging the lot in one go, if its based on a true WW2 story, then its a loose one, but I did enjoy it, its a good Creak as they say.
It reminded me of Peaky Blinders, violent, humorous, with some great music thrown in.

PS: Ya All....War Horse is on again on BBC2 (No Adverts) I know we have all seen it many times, but anything is better than Strictly, even worse The Results Strictly, I,m off out, misses is at the TV helm & War Horse is being recorded.

I have I Player, You Tube, & Prime, but I aint got Netflix, I know, I know, I have missed out on many a good drama series over the years, but you gotta draw a line somewhere, and Netflix doesn't deliver stuff through my door like Prime does.

Watched Bullet train, son rented it on Prime. A bit Guy Ritchie ish but enjoyed the humour in it.

We saw Bullet Train recently, Brad Pitt was very good and we really enjoyed it, a cross between Guy Richie and Quentin Tarantino with some good misdirects and twists, very funny in parts and a good bit of humour throughout. Really enjoyed it.

It's a crap storyline but it is funny , there's some proper doubled up moments in it , I had coffee coming down my nose a few times . Give it a go it can't hurt.

I'd watch it again
