Your best motorhome gadget

Propex Málaga water heater.......
Nearly twice the speed and capacity of the old Carver unit.

Full air suspension.
Best value has to be 4 quid spent on a fresnel screen on the passenger window makes akward junctions a doddle, don't have to rely on the boss.
Hi Lenny
How does the Fresnel screen work and where can you get them

Paper Bags suitable as rubbish bin liners.. Simple straight brown bags that I hand reform to fit the bin Buy them by the 500 lots. (Brown bags retain the lignin during manufacture so no corrosive chemicals needed.)
Just as important - a tow ball weight scale that ensures correct tow ball weight onto tractor unit.

They increase the angle of view meant for the rear window of a car so you can see down and how close you are to objects.
On the Motorhome fit it to the passenger window with the top facing forward and at awkward junction where you normally can't see down the road it gives a view in wide angle and you can see right down the road. Works a treat.

This is the one I have but if you have a standard cab with wind down windows there are very thin hard plastic ones for then.

I'll second the HUD speedo.
I didn't know when I bought it but it can be altered to be made optimistic so that even in French France I am ever so slightly under the limit even when it shows a specific speed.
It sits atop the steering wheel column right in line of sight.

I’m the dishwasher in our Motorhome. Also the driver, navigator, cook, emptier of grey and black tanks, water tank filler, vacumn user, window cleaner and general dogs body. After all, Management is on holiday. :gum:

Perhaps the name SuperMike is the problem. Try calling yourself IncompetantMike then you might get a holiday too.

Snap.

Garmin SatNav (Camper) so we can enter vehicle dimensions. Built in unit doesn’t allow that.
Tow bar for trailer.
Trailer for motor scooter
Scooter to enjoy exploring any area that we visit for any length of time.

I‘m reluctant to change names, because there are times in our relationship where Super fits the bill.

I have the same water heater, lpg/electric with a 750w element. Many times we heat water just with solar, or both for a speedy 15mins warm up.

A low cost but really useful gadget.

Always short on space to put hot dishes when cooking and this can be used anywhere and even folds up for storage

Like that (y) We have a padded silver winter version (Globecar winter pack) fixed by poppers but that looks good for the summer - can see it's from Hindermann https://www.hindermann.de/content/pdfs/Mobiles_Reisen_2020_EN.pdf (page 38) - please post link of where it can be bought from as we might be tempted! :blusher:

Available in UK from: Van Comfort
We’ve modified ours slightly so we can roll up the lower middle section for easy access to the under bed storage area. Just a couple of bits of matching colour tape and velcro sewed into the screen. See photo

In my humble opinion my significant other. She tells me when we are not level, when the toilet needs emptying, when the fresh water needs refilling, when the grey waste needs emptying, when I need to start cooking, when she wants a drink. She is mobile, compliments both the internal and external aspects of the van on and she loves me!

Thank you - like the modification too - think we would do the same.
