Finally got new camper this morning but excitement muted as got phone call that a couple of trees have come down at our cabin, shed demolished and tree lying against actual cabin so hubby rushing up tomorrow so no playing with new toy.

At least it's only the shed. Hope there's no other damage done.
More time for you to get the new MH sorted just as YOU want it before hubby gets his hands on it!

Buying a smaller house tomorrow (in Norwich) moving out of our big family house in Sheringham.
Buying our first motorhome on Tuesday
Our weekend is being spent cramming last minute things into boxes and obsessing over how hard it'll be to drive the 23' Hymer.

Bl***y next door decided to start drilling and banging about at 7am this morning !! I was hoping to have a lie in. Well I am having a lie in as I'm still here, I'm NOT getting up yet it's Sunday and I'm back to work tomorrow. First day back after a week off due to key hole surgery on a knee. He stopped drilling and banging about 10 minutes ago - too late we are awake.
I'm doing paper work today hopefully just for the morning. Chilling this afternoon. Spoke too soon he is tapping lightly now Oh I'm getting up.

Just back from Ludlow touring park yes i think it is the same site as had an adult only part no chip van maybe because its out of season lovely site and they are doing stay 3 nights pay for 2 at the moment only about 6 vans there over the weekend and yes the walk into town was down very narrow pathways.

This was the chippy, summer 2014, Saturdays 5 till 8. The chips were a very strange orange colour but absolutely delicious!

But they are ALARMINGLY orange. I've just read that they add a touch of paprika to give them the colour.

If the weather holds out then we are planning a weekend away in the van, will be the first for some time. Going with some friends who have never camped so should be fun. Suffolk or Norfolk not yet made up our minds.

We are heading less than 20 miles up the road to Cofton near Dawlish Warren for a weekend with our tugger daughter and her partner, plus the grandkids.
