What are you up to this weekend?

After seeing a thread by Trembach on the "Photo of the day thread" at Burry Port we have decided to head off there tomorrow for a long weekend and walk the coastal path (cycle route) :)

Middle of some field near Dorchester........it's motocross time :)

Off to Lincoln. Have bought a drive away awning from Fleabay and its in Lincoln. Any excuse for a night away in Bessie Bailey! Been outside in the sun washing and polishing her!

We are at Brownhills they are doing a strictly weekend looking forward to it

Heading off to Glastonbury Cottages campsite on Sunday, then Bath Marina, then wherever the wind blows (South Wales coast most likely) until home by 7th May - Him Indoors insists it's worth coming back to vote. I could manage without...

Clearing out & cleaning the motorhome ready for Peterborough :)

Collecting motorhome for a couple of days away Monday and Tuesday to Breamish, nice handy walk on site for old lab with leg damage.

Off to Highlands end near West Bay for the weekend. Weather looks good for walking. Can't go until later due to damn golf, mind you it used to be damn football, by the time it's damn bowls I will probably be past caring.

Rugby. All weekend.

O2 touch rugby tonight - playing
1st team game tomorrow - pre match lunch, photographing the game then beer.
Joseph playing Sunday - once the hangover from Saturday lifts probably photographing this one as well.

Sunday off to the south coast, Christchurch/Mudeford Quay for three nights.

Trying to go away; in fact everything is trying.

Tried to get an MOT last week - too big for ramps.
MOT passed in another place - suggested that new tyres might be a worthwhile investment. Cue loss of kidney.
Filled up FW tank to sterilise and flush, couldn't remember where switch was. Found it and heard sound of running water, thought it would be sink in bathroom....no, it was water gushing out from shower mixing valve. Spent an age trying to find new O rings - eventually sorted. Just got wet b/room carpet to dry out.
Wasted an hour trying to tax m'home online, eventually sorted.

On a more positive note, visited Nationwide to open Flex+ account to take advantage of their free breakdown cover...nothing easy about that! Had to do it via a Skype type of thing, an hour of questions, plenty of coffee though and the staff bought me some coccyx hob -nobs:)
Got the advisor to confirm, and record, that my m'home is covered within their limitations...good cover for UK and Europe, very happy. Plenty of other benefits too with the account, worth a look for others after cover.
Now SWMBO is asking where are we going; haven't a clue - where did I leave that rusty razor blade.

Be easier to throw my stuff in a Tesco bag and jump on a plane!

Have a good weekend all:)

Same as the last few weekends. I'm working Saturday.
Ralph will be hard at it , converting Pug.
Hopefully by Sunday the furniture should be done. He's had all week off work to do it, and he's been at it dawn till dusk.
He's waiting for some soft close hinges to arrive , there not here today , as yet. Hopefully they'll come tomorrow. Then he can put the doors on the over head cupboards on.

We are printing and laminating 86 A4 windscreen rally badges and making 190 smiley name badges for the Peterborough ralliers. That should take up most of the weekend  :)

Do you mind me asking whereabouts you will be staying please?
Hi Debs, Have not booked any sites. we never book until the day we leave. We have stayed on the CC site and a couple CL sites. We might try Setthorns camping and caravan club for one night and then move to the new forest caravan club centenary site for the other two nights. We then come home for 3 days and then were of to Scotland and Islands until the beginning of July. If you want the names of the CL's I will look them up for you. Terry.

@pops
Thanks, we do go down there quite a bit, I just wondered if you'd found somewhere on Mudeford to overnight tbh. When we were there last we were disappointed that many carparks had height barriers or signs saying cars/motorbikes only.
Still getting used to the mh, having had a caravan it's a bit of a pain not being able to park where we would normally iyswim.

Have a lovely trip - all of them!
