Padstow second time this year ....some May say Padstein.....

Used to do a lot of our white water rescue training at Tees barrage.great fun.
My kayak club is actually based at the barrage, but the 2 day course is up in a more natural environment. If this rain keeps up, there should be plenty of water running through Low Force to make it both interesting and fun.

Getting set n' sorted for 10 days away! Also, stealth packing of fishing rod (so good lady thinks i wont just spend all my time doing that!)....I will. (y)

Should be a good ‘un!

We were at the Orchards at St Osyth, Clacton-on-Sea last week, this week until Monday we are at Searles, Hunstanton, this is our first time here, a very large and good site, a hundred yards from the sea (the Wash) there’s a Sealife just on the beach and a Tesco about a hundred yards from the entrance. We’re off today to the town of Hunstanton to see how that fares, supposedly a quarter of a mile away, probably going to book in for Sunday lunch at the camp restaurant, check the site out https://www.searles.co.uk/

Off to Craigton Meadows site in St Andrews, great deal at 4 nights for 3. Afternoon tea on Tuesday at Rufflets Hotel, should be good!

Starting our Easter leave period. Off for two weeks, but as brexit scuppered our travel plans with dogs, we are “doing” some of the uk. Starting with having semi air fitted in Dorset then making our way northwards for a mini break to meet our illustrious leader @Jim at Jasmin camping next Friday for a few days then unfortunately heading back.

As I Posted before we are at Padstow touring park.off down to town and over to rock for lunch then back to padstow to brewery taste rooms (y)

On Monday we're off just up towards the North Norfolk coast to Burnam Market or as its commonly known as "Chelsea By The Sea". Couple of days at Fallowfield CS which is right on the edge of the village. :)

No motorhoming this weekend, just loaded up the bike which we will jump on tomorrow and head off for Ypres where we shall be laying a wreath on behalf of masons with motorbikes ( Widows Sons) for the fallen in WW1 on Friday evening. On Saturday we shall visit and pay our respects at places like Hell fire corner and Pashondale.
Later on we will no doubt drink and eat way too much before having a day or two in Bruges. Home midweek, do a little work then off to the Cotswolds in the Hymer for Easter.

CAMRA pub crawl round the Rhins of Galloway, seven pubs, one afternoon.
