What are you up to this weekend?

I don't think I'll be putting the awning out, but am hoping that being in the forest will provide some shelter at least.

We’ve still got ours out, but I’ve just put another couple straps over it and pegged them down, we keep the chairs out and under the awning for protection from the rain, it saves putting them in and out day, but as I type the wind is getting stronger, the wife is reading the paper and tells me that the winds are expected today, up to 80mph

Well the wind became too much, so the awning is all down now, we’re sitting in the moho rocking

Off to Kendal on Friday for 2 days then Whitchurch, Cirencester, Somerset and the Devon. Hope the wind dies down by Friday for towing Eriba.

We are sitting in the sun at Alvor. Very nice it is to. Having a very lazy day reading and eating. And of course a couple of drinks. Staying here for a couple of weeks.

Out for a ride today, first stop Denia having a coffee at the marina, we took a stroll along the high st which was very nice. Some of these narrow streets are fun in this car it is like driving the motorhome. I must move, that sun is burning my back.:)

Only got back from France yesterday so at home this weekend.

Sitting in van at Kendal drinking Helvellyn gold waiting for my Garlic chicken from local farm shop to heat through. Lots of stiles here that my dog can't manage, well that's my excuse anyway.
Had a visit from Vango employees doing a survey so ended up with free gifts of travel mugs and a backpack. Nice girls.

Am getting ready to head off in the MH on Wednesday from Cornwall to Suffolk to visit family en route (including @meanders) and attend the Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival at the Snape Maltings. SWMBO has to work, so I will be on my lonesome, but no doubt I will be able to keep myself amused and out of mischief! Looking forward to lots of lovely food and partaking of the occasional tipple maybe :).

Annual Brecon Beacons run on Sunday 30th, so shall be polishing the cars up for that.

Hmm, I'm in my study in West Africa reading of others' plans, lamenting being so far away from my MoHo and looking forward to a permanent return to the UK. As usual, on my trip back before Christmas, I shall be singing the delights of the miserable weather, rather than coping with the tropics - and itching to get out in it.
