Doing a little road trip in the Grand Canyon with my daughter before leaving her in Flagstaff Arizona for 6 months where she will be attending uni.

Currently in a small town on Route 66 called Williams and will arrive in Flagstaff today.

We stayed in the local brothel in Williams. Sits above a patisserie. Beautifully restored......

No takers for the missus though.....

I hope they have improved on the lift & piste maintenance as it was all lethal.

Anything we could buy we wer given change in Toblerones.

Long time, over 30 years, since I skiied there, went as one of four adults with 30 junior school kids ... The adults used to argue over paying for the drinks for the whole party .. 4 beers & 30 cokes less than £1
I hope they have improved on the lift & piste maintenance as it was all lethal.
Not much has changed, same lift system been for years, but beer is cheap and lift passes 2 for 1 at present.
Anything we could buy we wer given change in Toblerones.

Not sure about the weekend but tomorrow we're off to the Motorhome show in Manchester. Got free tickets off our local dealer so worth a mooch.

I don't reckon it's worth cleaning them too often with the weather as it is .. just clean it and a couple of miles down the road it's just as bad again.

Heading South for Oxford area (Britstop) before continuing South to Portsmouth and the ferry to Santander the next day.. Chasing some sunshine.

No motorhome yet, but going up to the Peak District early Saturday morning, got a nice walk planned for the afternoon, overnighting at the Days Inn at the services near Sheffield (only £5 for each dog plus us of course), planning another walk Sunday morning even though it will probably be raining, then drive back home again!

We're getting a bit stir crazy and it seemed like a "fun" thing to do
