Rain early now stopped. Temp 13 degrees & saw a flash off sun just now but heavy clouds to the west. Site very damp with surface water.
Friends have left for Portugal and so moved to a new pitch that is a sun trap WHEN it does come out!!! Just come out again!!Yippee Oops gone gain/ ah well we live in hope:thumb::Eeek:

Back from the morning shop VVVery windy but blue sky and sun is shining but to no avail as wind is blowing the heat away Still 16 degrees out tho so if I can find protection from the wind, I may just venture outside.:Cool:

it's been luverly this morning in albir, out sunbathing, started to cloud over now 14:00 hrs
moving on on tuesday, this site is trully international.
campers from norway, belgium, france, germany,holland,italy,manx, and of course spain.
luverly people all friendly with no macho image (or snobs).
it's been a privalage to meet them.

Hi just come back from Portugal Rain rain rain and fog fog and more rain ..no I tell a fib one afternoon of sunshine but not that warm from Porto to Lagos and Albufeira Algarve set off from Northern France January 30th with Derek and Roger Smudger and Wildman gave it three weeks and came home had enough, I can get rain at home in Northern France...trouble getting water, all the way down thro France Spain and Portugal..all turned off or frozen trouble emptying cassette......on a lot of sites just treading mud!
Mel:Doh: 5016 km for mud, rain and fog urggggggggggggg brrrrr and very cold in France Biarritz and Spain....

Currently it is -2 in Newcastle with a covering of snow & we are getting away lightly compared with a lot of the UK .

We've had 2 days of lovely warm weather with lots of sunshine ( reached 23º yesterday:Laughing::Laughing:)

8 am today massive thunderstorm and torrential rain but didn't last too long - the only things to show for it now are the puddles on the road outside our van!

Forecast is bad for the week but it was bad for the weekend just gone and the bad weather didn't arrive!

Well that's strange, I've been saying just the opposite for the last two months. I'd rather be miserable here than 1000 miles away.

wev'e been here for 6 weeks and enjoyed every minute.
17 degrees on the front at albir at 09:45 great.
a load left cap blanche this morning but full again this affy.

I find it difficult to be miserable when the sun shines & it's 22 deg. :sin: :Rofl1:

going up to gandia, but people queing for my base already, loads on car park and just parked anywhere.
lovelly this afternoon 24 degrees.
