Peugeot Kisbee 100cc Scooter - It's great fun, 125mpg and only weighs 97kg. Just waiting on the trailer I've ordered. Also, 1 x Rear View Camera and Monitor.

Bought a slide / film scanner and photoshop essentials 12, going to copy all my slides and some negatives and have a play with photoshop. Went to get slides, can't find them anywhere, I have about six carousels somewhere :( Mrs G's advice, "stop looking for them and they will turn up" How does that work then :madder:

Look first , look last , but always look last first.....

That was a waste of time.

Steve.

On the trip down to the first stop of our 2week holiday we lost a wheel trim. So first day was spent searching around for a new full set , £20 thank you. Next thing we had a mega thunderstorm and later found water running on to the worktop from a leaky window, so next day spent sourcing some sealant. Then next day the van wouldn't start so had to jump start from leisure battery. After three mornings like this and moving to the next site on our trip we finished up at Simpsons of Great Yarmouth who couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. They even cleaned up after our Boxer dog was sick on the office carpet and never complained. We got the starting sorted out, it needed a new battery and not a new Sargeant Box as I feared. Cost ? Only £ 174 for diagnosis and new battery. Maybe I could have got it for less and fitted it myself but I'm on holiday and it's worth it for peace of mind. I would recommend Simpsons to anyone who needs a workshop whilst in the area.

Comfortable cushion for my butt.

The grandstand seating at some venues sucks!

I bought these chairs (disappointed with the offerings at Malvern) best price I can find

Was it a bargain and if so where from. Is it a cleaner or what?
Sorry for delay. Yes a cleaner treatment (treats up to 60 litres) so don't fill the tank.

That is a good deal. We love our Lafuma chairs - very comfy and very light. No garage in the van, so we got a bag from sew & sew (they were at Malvern as well) which takes two chairs. They now live in the shower for transits.

Two electric bikes.
There is a supplier close to where we used to live in Whitstable ( Kudos Bikes). We now live about 20 miles away, near Deal in Kent but it seemed rude not to visit them and spend our money locally.
We ended up with a Safari for me and a Tempo for Mrs A.
Cant believe how zippy they are and how much fun they are to ride.

7 new tyres. Toyo Open Country A/T 225/75R16 to go on my new wheels (it had 16.5" wheels before). Had a moment of fear, as the new wheels were binding, and thought they wouldn't fit, but they were just dragging on the ground.

are you certain that this setup with scooter and rack isnt overloading the back axle? would be very interested in the weighbridge weight before fitting and after

would like to fit similar myself but it will be too heavy and DVSA are doing roadside checks

Rack weighs 34kg scooter weighs 80kg

yes, the weight of the parts may be 114kg, but the load on the axle due to the fulcrum effect is above 150kg

if the load on the axle exceeds the maximum on the plate its a fine and you will not be allowed to drive on....just saying in case you didnt realise
